Dear Host Family,

My name is Luigi and I come from Montescaglioso, a small village in southern Italy. I'm 17 years old and about to finish my penultimate year of high school. I'm currently studying at a technical school, majoring in International Relations and Marketing. In addition to economics, I'm also studying foreign languages ​​(English, French, and Spanish), which I love. French culture has always fascinated me, which is why I decided to become an au pair in France. I believe it's the perfect opportunity to improve my French and enjoy a unique experience with a local family. I love children, and as the youngest of four, I've developed a great empathy for those who, like me, have older siblings.

However, during my semester abroad in Costa Rica, I had the opportunity to find myself as the oldest child in my host family. This not only allowed me to discover a culture very different from my own, but also taught me to live outside my comfort zone, which greatly strengthened my ability to adapt to contexts different from those I experience on a daily basis. I also have experience as a counselor at a summer camp where children were between 6 and 14 years old, but that doesn't prevent me from caring for younger children.

What I'm looking for is a healthy environment. I want to learn, but above all, to build a wonderful relationship with you. I hope to be part of your family, offering my support and creating a positive and peaceful atmosphere for your children.
