Hello future family!

I am a college student (almost) at the end of my nursing degree. I decided to take a break before graduating to travel a bit, learn a new language and meet a new culture. In particular, the choice of the host State, and therefore of the language, have been chosen according to the countries in which I am thinking of going to work like a nurse.
About four years ago, before starting to study, I had an experience as an au pair in France. The host family consisted of 6 people: the parents and four daughters (at the time the twins were 6 years old while the older girls were 13 and 14 years old). I loved this experience, really. I appreciated the idea of ​​sharing that is behind being an au pair, I appreciated the beauty of a growing relationship, I appreciated being able to pass on something about myself and learn something from the family that hosted me.
I like to explore new countries, I like learning new languages ​​(even if my work projects have taken me to another path) and I like to relate and take care of children. In particular, I always like to try to approach children as Plato saw education: making sure that children give birth to their own thoughts and not teach my thoughts as correct.
This is what I try to do with my grandchildren. Growing up they became two very different children and, very soon, I had to learn how to pass concepts to them in completely different ways.
This is, in short, the idea I tend to when it comes to educating children.
