Hello there, my name is Katya, I am originally from Algeria but have moved in Quebec, Canada with my family since I was about 12 y.o. I am a mother of two young adults (they grow soooo fast ..... and I age soooo fast LOL), no grand-children yet!
I love cooking and baking, I try to be consistent in going to the gym regularly (not easy LOL).
I love watching my favorite shows again and again (LOL) which are Last Man Standing and Everybody Loves Raymond.
I am an easy-going person, flexible, compassionate, enthusiast and I try to be positive as much as possible with this crazy world that we live in (LOL).

I studied Nursing in Canada and have been an RN since 1994. I have worked in Quebec (Canada) and also in the United States.
I am still working as a nurse in Canada but am looking to travel and help elderly people who would be interested in my services as a "helper" for everyday needs. As a health care professional, I am very aware of the lack of ressources for the elderly person and also the isolation they can experience.

With my nursing experience (more than 30 years) with the adult population, I am very comfortable and resourceful in helping the elderly person. I can educate and teach them about their health treatments, medications and so forth. I will not be able to practice as a nurse per say because of work visa issue abroad.

I am available to work for elderly female only. I love small pets because they're like babies and are sooooooo adorable LOL!!!!
I would be interested in traveling in a warm climate state. I would also greatly appreciate a monthly compensation due to my housing expenses in Quebec.
