Letter to the family

Hello future Host-family!
I hope you are finding yourselves well. I am looking for a host family. But first let me introduce myself to you. I’m Agebti and 24 years old from Indonesia. I come from a small family I have 1 sister. But currently living here in Netherlands with my host family in Naarden and taking care of a 3 Kids from 8-10 years old.

I am an outgoing person, friendly, optimistic, and responsible. I have a lot of experience when it comes to taking care of children. I have nephew and cousins that I have taken care of them.

My native language is Indonesian, but I also speak Javanese. I have intermediate knowledge of English. I have certifikate of A2 German and currently I'm taking a B1 German course.

Experience

Being an au pair in the Netherlands has been an amazing journey! I take care of three wonderful kids (10 and 8-year-old twins), and we love painting, making origami, baking, and playing skate together. What I cherish the most is our bond ~every night, they come to my room just to say good night, which makes me feel like part of the family :)

Before this, I also cared for my aunt’s children in Indonesia (7 and 1.5 years old), playing soccer, going to the park, and simply having fun together. These experiences have taught me patience, adaptability, and how to create a warm and supportive environment for kids.

I love working with children and experiencing new cultures! Being an au pair abroad would allow me to continue doing what I love while learning and growing in a new environment.

I have a German A2 certificate and am currently taking a B1 course, so I’m eager to improve my language skills while immersing myself in a new culture. I hope to find a welcoming family where I can contribute, learn, and create wonderful memories together!
