Letter to the family

Dear families,

I am so excited to meet you! I will be graduating from Syracuse University in the Spring of 2026! I am a dual major in Psychology and Policy Studies. Childcare is nothing new to me since I have 5 years of experience. My journey began as a counselor at Sunrise Day Camp, where I spent two summers providing children with cancer and their siblings a fun and safe summer experience. I then became an associate teacher at the NY Kids Club and Preschool, where I implemented an art-based curriculum focused on self-exploration. Last summer, I worked at Bright Horizons, teaching children of all ages. While away at school, I also served as a student assistant in a daycare/early childhood education center, primarily working with toddler and infant classrooms. Additionally, I have 2 years of babysitting experience.

Experience

I had the opportunity of studying abroad in London during the spring of 2025 and I fell in love! Being from NYC, I enjoyed being in a bustling city while immersing in the English culture. I also enjoy working with kids. My job at the daycare and time spent babysitting were one of the most fun experiences I've had. So why not take the opportunity to do what I enjoy in the city that stole my heart:) As an Au Pair, I hope to foster relationships with the family and provide a welcoming personality that's needed for culture exchange.
