Dear Host Families,

My name is Alysha and I am a 19 year old female from Ontario, Canada. I grew up in a big and busy household with lots of kids (5 siblings) and loved spending time with my siblings and helping to raise them. I have been babysitting and helping out with my family since I was 10 years old, this included helping with homework, preparing meals, and keeping kids entertained. I was also a private tutor and helped with languages, math, science, and business work from grades three to twelve.

Now, I am in University and away from home and I've realized how much I miss being around kids and helping out. While searching for job opportunities I came across the idea of being an au pair and realized how fulfilling it would be. This opportunity would allow for me to live abroad, connect with a new family, and feel proud of the work I am doing.

I pride myself upon my social skills and my ability to care for others and I hope that I can be welcomed into your family and help make your life a little bit easier and.
