Letter to the family

Dear host family,

I'd like to start my first letter to you with introducing myself. My name is Yulia. I'm 33 years old, I'm married. We have a son who is 14 years old. My son's birth father lives in Germany, and my son lives with him for six months and with us for six months. We all love to travel, learn new cultures and make friends in different countries.
I am a psychologist by training and my activity is related to helping people of different ages who suffer from mental disorders (neurosis, panic attacks, depression). At the moment I conduct consultations remotely via the Internet, which allows me to live anywhere we wish.
I constantly want to get to the next level, that's why I am always following new trends and regularly increasing my knowledge and experience. Right now I would like very much to improve my English, among other things, so that in the future I can help people from other parts of the world. So for the next 3-6 months my husband and I would like to visit an English-speaking country and live this time with maximum benefit to all parties.
The choice of my profession speaks for itself, it is my conscious choice.... Once in my childhood I was in great need of understanding and care, I chose this profession to take care of others. That's why I'm ready to help my host family, especially the elderly, who were left without help from their relatives (for example), and we in your environment will improve our knowledge in spoken English.
I have additional knowledge in nutritiology, I can recommend dietary meals, which can significantly improve your health. We regularly monitor the nutrition and health of our elderly parents. Me and my family do not have bad habits, we follow a healthy diet and lead an active lifestyle. We like regular walks in nature.
I am a very good cook! And I love it very much! I am happy to take over the cooking). I have enough experience in house work, that's what I often do in my home.
