Letter to the family

Hello families! I cant wait to meet you! I am a college/university student studying biology and education looking to be a teacher after I graduate. I want to be an au pair and nanny because I enjoy being around children, as mentioned before I want to pursue a career in education in the future. I love to adventure, travel, play sports, be creative, be active, be silly and most importantly have fun! I would be a good addition to your family because I am a hard worker, I go the extra mile but safety always comes first. I have years of experience working in child care, I have nannied for multiple families with multiple children and I have taught at a high school for a semester. I am comfortable working with all ages and am ok with cleaning, cooking or whatever your family needs. I also love animals and have no problem with a pet in the household. I am a native english speaker but have studied french for 4 years in school so I have an intermediate level of proficiency.

Experience

I have worked for two families before who both had two children. One family had a 1 year old and 5 year old, and I worked 7-8 hours a day M-Th during an entire summer. The other family had two children, a 8 year old and 10 year old, I would pick the children up from school and get them started on their homework 2-5 days a week. I would like to be an au pair and nanny abroad because I want to travel more while getting more valuable experience working in child care/education.
