Letter to the family

I am a 50-year-old, teacher. Divorced, mother of 4 children. My children are grown. I would like to be an Au pair in Spain this summer because I would like to learn the language and experience Spanish life. I have worked as a teacher for almost 20 years, but I consider raising my 4 children to be my main reference.

Experience

My children are adults and new framework is being created in my life now. Until now, I have lived for them and teaching, but I would like to learn, to open up to the world, which I have not had the opportunity to do so far. By doing so, I am setting an example for them to dare to dream big. Au pair (granny au par) is a great opportunity for me, because I can further develop through cultural exchange and language learning, while I can also make use of my motherly routine and teaching experience.
