My name is sophia, I’m 22 years old, and I’m originally from France and Morocco. I recently completed my Bachelor of Business with a specialization in Finance at University of Ottawa in Canada and had the amazing opportunity to participate in an exchange program in Australia, which broadened my worldview and deepened my appreciation for different cultures and ways of life.

Even though I come from a business background, I’ve always been someone who thrives in environments where I can connect with people on a human level; especially children. I’m responsible, empathetic, and I genuinely enjoy being part of a home where I can contribute to the warmth and care of everyday life.

I want to become an Au Pair and Nanny because I believe this role offers a unique chance to truly connect with a family, experience life in a new country from the inside out, and make a positive impact on children’s lives during their most important years.

I love the idea of being part of a child’s daily growth—whether it’s helping them with their homework, preparing meals, sharing playful moments, or just being there as a steady and kind presence. This role gives me a meaningful way to contribute while also learning and growing myself.

may not have held an official Au Pair or Nanny job yet, but I’ve gained a lot of experience caring for younger cousins and children of friends and relatives. I’ve helped with everything from homework and school pickups to playtime, bedtime routines, and meal preparation.
