Ana Carolina (28 / Ms. ), American, Babysitter living in France looking for Au Pair & Nanny job in France for 1-24 Months

Hello, my name is Ana, but you can call me Anny! I have a lot of experience with kids so far! I am currently living in La Celle Saint Cloud (Ilê de france) with my amazing host family.
Unfortunatelly, my host family is moving to United States in January 2024, then I am looking for an new amazing family to host me.

I am currently 28 years old, and I was an Aupair in the USA, in Washington DC for 3 years with the same family, I left Brazil at the age of 23 to be an aupair, and it was the best experience of my life. I created a very strong bond with my ex host kids (2 girls and 1 boy) who were 6, 10 and 14 years old by the time I arrived in the USA, and when I left, they were already 9 and 13, and 17 years old.

The aupair was an incredible experience that allowed me to become more mature, meet new cultures, new people, a new language, and I also had the opportunity to create a amazing bond with my kids and host mom and trips to wonderful places in US.

But let's talk a little more about me, before I went to be an aupair in the USA, I used to teach piano for children from 3 to 9 years old here in Brazil in a music school, which by the way, was the music school where I learned to play the piano (I started piano lessons at age 6, and I took classes there until I was 18). Piano is a great passion of my life and it will always be!
I also volunteered as a chess teacher for young children in a chess association that my father founded here in my city. I always played chess since I was 8 years old, and from 11y' old until 18y'old, I was part of the women's team of chess, where I participated in several championships every month, and received several awards in chess over these years, I've even been the chess captain of the city's women's team.
Other things I also love are drawing and painting, and spending time with my kittens and my dog. I love going to outdoor parks too, and going to art museums, outdoor museums, and musicals and orchestras. I can't wait to visit all French Museums!

Now that I already know English, my new goal is to learn French!! I'm studying online, but the best way to learn French is to live the language and the culture. As I had a great experience as an aupair before, I believe that the best way
to learn French now, is to be in contact with children again, direct contact with the language, with the culture, and learning with children is always the best way. I am open to going to any region/city in France as long as I feel that me and your family can be a great match!
I learned from my 3 years as an aupair, that the best way to make this work, is for both sides to know how to respect each other and talk and listen about all subjects in way to resolve any inconvenience that may arise from both sides.
The family and the aupair must know how to respect their own cultures, be open to learn new things on both sides, be flexible on both sides, respect each other in all matters and know how to talk about anything that is important for both.

My goal is to stay 1 or 2 years as an aupair in France and practice French as much as possible!
