Letter to the family

Hello, I'm Charlène, currently in my second year as a specialized educator in Grenoble, France. I'm writing to you because I've been dreaming of living in Canada to discover the country, its culture and customs. I really like this country, and the idea of going to live with a host family really appeals to me, as I'll be able to spend my time with the children. My current training requires me to work partly with young people. I'd feel able to offer them all kinds of activities, while remaining attentive to the parents' wishes.
This experience would also be very enriching for my English practice, I'd like to progress in my learning and I'm convinced that being an Au Pair must be the best solution.

Experience

During my experiences, I was lucky enough to have a diploma enabling me to supervise children in day-care centers, leisure centers and camps. In addition to babysitting, I was able to work in a leisure center, where I was able to develop my creativity by proposing various activities. Finally, thanks to my training, I was able to work with a wide range of specialized groups: the disabled, child protection and the underprivileged. These internships enabled me to mature, but above all they enabled me to develop my skills in supporting each specific person.
