Hi! My name is Daisytar and I am from the United States. I am delighted to have the opportunity to become an au pair to immerse myself in the unique culture of the country. I like active things like hiking, biking and running. I also like baking, arts and crafts and sports. I easily adapt to new situations, and would be happy to involve your child in activities. I also have a driving license.

I have been babysitting for 6 years and have experience with children of all ages. I am CPR certified and have taken child care courses before. With my fun, energetic and responsible personality, I was chosen to be the lead counselor for a summer camp for children ages 5-12. So I know how to give children fun experiences, how to handle small disputes between children, and keep children safe while having a good time.

I created my own business by giving group chess lessons to children, which allowed me to develop my teaching skills and my creativity. After chess lessons, I train the children in fun and active games that the children enjoy. Many parents can be provided as references for these group lessons. Additionally, I was a tutor at Kumon for 2 years and gained valuable experience working with children. I am patient, attentive and determined to help children develop their skills and reach their full potential.

I also learn quickly and I have some knowledge of French (around B2). I participated in French immersion program for 1 month in a host family, and solo traveled throughout the South of France, Switzerland, Germany and Italy.
