Hello!
My name is Chiara, and I am a student in the Untied States currently finishing up my studies at a college in Ohio. I have experience working as a paraeducator/teacher's assistant in schools, working with children ages 6-12, always making it my priority to advocate for their needs. I also have experience nannying for families with at most 2 children, between the ages of 2 and 10. My responsibilities included putting them down and waking them up for naps or bedtime, cooking meals, taking them to school, helping with chores around the house, and taking the kids on outings or doing other activities to keep them entertained!
In my free time I love to dance and read, and love combining those two passions with my love for working with kids. I just completed my university studies at Kenyon College where I studied Women's Studies and Dance. I was very involved in various departments at school, singing in our choir, doing theatre with different student and departmental groups, and I was the president of a Greek organization (like a sorority but co-ed!) that focused on service and connecting with the local surrounding community. I love to go outside and spend time either hiking in the woods, or swimming at the beach! I love to dance, I grew up doing jazz and Irish dance, and I also do theatre from time to time! I also love to read and to write, any genre!
