I'm Francisca, I'm 24 years old, and being an au pair is, in my opinion, an experience that will give me a vision of responsibilities that go beyond those I have with myself. Children are the purest form of human existence, they are genuine, they are the most fascinating, true and potential people. Therefore, taking care of one is a huge responsibility but also a privilege and a source of pride. Knowing that I can somehow have a hand in the growth of another, whether academically, in terms of ideals or character, brings me joy. For all this, I know that it will be a beneficial experience for both sides. I had an education that I consider exemplary, always knowing that above all, I must trust myself, my values, my instincts and my knowledge, and at the same time recognize that there is always room to learn (children can teach us a lot), that I can always improve and that we only evolve by living, experimenting, exploring and adapting. By this, I want to say that I approach this experience with an open mind, curious to get to know different people, perspectives and cultures, always with respect, and excited to be able to share mine.
