Childcare (Babysitter – Brazil)

I had the opportunity to care for two children in Brazil, each at different stages of development. For three years, I cared for one child from his first year of life until he was three years old, helping with all his daily needs, such as feeding, hygiene, educational games and stimulation for motor and cognitive development. In addition, I cared for another child from five to eight years old, helping with his school routine, recreational activities and providing a safe and welcoming environment. This experience taught me a lot about patience, creativity and the importance of individualized attention for each stage of childhood.

Elderly Care (Caregiver – Portugal, Porto)

My experience as a caregiver for the elderly took place in Portugal, in the city of Porto, where I cared for several elderly people in different situations, both indoors and outdoors. I worked with independent elderly people and also with those who required full assistance due to health conditions. My work involved helping with personal hygiene, administering medication as per medical advice, accompanying patients to appointments, preparing meals and providing emotional support, always prioritizing the well-being and dignity of the elderly. This experience made me develop even more empathy, patience and a keen eye for each person's individual needs.
