Letter to the family

Dear host family, my name is niamh. I live in the north-west of England and I am passionate about travelling and meeting new people. I am currently a babysitter/childminder in my hometown and have been for 4+ years now. I used to be a waitress and work at a trampoline park where I interacted with children everyday. I now have a job at a bar and also moved on to working in a well-known supermarket. I have passed all of my GCSE's and currently trying to carry on learning French from high school. I love poetry, languages and travelling.

Experience

I would like to be an au pair because I would like to teach my language to children and I love to travel. I have planned to become an au pair because I have experience with young children and I would like to develop that further by helping teach them my language. my main goal is leaving a host family with them being satisfied by me with my stay and me being satisfied by doing my best with their child/ren. I don't have any younger siblings, however I do have younger cousins that I have cared for. my mother is also a primary school teacher (ages 4-5) I have a little experience from working inside the classroom with her. my most experience however, is babysitting my fathers friends children for 3+ years. I started when I was 13 when they were ages 4 and 7.
