Andrea (20 / Ms. ), Mexican, Nanny living in Mexico looking for Au Pair & Nanny job in United Kingdom for 3-3 Months

I was an Au Pair in the UK for six months. I looked after a baby of 18 months and a five-year-old child. I used to take them to the park, the mall, and sometimes school and play with them. I got them ready to start the day such as cooking their meals, getting them dressed, doing their hair or even helping them do their homework.

Currently, I'm studying for a degree in applied linguistics which means that I have an interest in first and second-language acquisition, as well as teaching a second language. I have a 100% scholarship, so I know what is to work hard. Therefore, one of my long-term goals is to become a Spanish teacher, I have a little experience as a teacher so I know how to deal with children.

I grew up in a big family (7 cousins to be more specific) and also I have the fortune of being the big cousin or aunty; I've always been the one who plays and takes care of my younger relatives. As a plus, I've also been a children's party entertainer. My job consisted of playing and taking care of children during the events or also I could interpret a character, such as a princess or a cartoon.
