Letter to the family

Dear host family, I am very excited about getting to know you, My name is Jacky. I'm Mexican and I'm 27 years old.
I finished school and got my degree in the economic field (International business). I am currently working as an ocassional nanny and part time as an English teacher.

I am highly organized and reliable. Always looking for personal growth, adapting myself to the circumstances. I am very capable of learning new things and I enjoy giving all my effort willing to help.

I have experience with kids as I was an au pair in the U.S. in 2015. I was living in New York for about two years and it was an amazing experience for me. I improved my English skills while living the international experience that helped me to face life's challenges and to be self-sufficient. Experience

I've lived with a Host family in New York City, in 2016 for about 2 years. Some of my responsibilities included cooking dinner, facilitating transportation via subway to their doctor's appointments, parties, after school activities such as soccer, volleyball, and squash. I helped them to improve their Spanish with their homework and presentations.
I have over 5,000 hr of childcare experience. *I can provide more references upon request.

Currently, working as a nanny and English teacher. When I am taking care of kids I like to have fun playing, singing, learning new things, dancing, swimming, and coloring! I love to go to the park for a walk, in the evenings.

The reason why I want to be an Au pair is that I want to gather good memories with a new family (you) and get to know your kids. Especially, spending time with your children and getting to know them more, since I am really devoted to childcare and I feel them as if they were my own kids. I would like to get to know more of a way of life and get to know different countries, I love learning about other cultures. I absolutely love traveling and the beauty of it. I believe this kind of experience transforms you for the better. I am really excited to spend time with your children and to think about the experience of an eventful time with you and your kids. So, in the meantime, I would like to take some time out to have a different life experience and to have time to reflect on my future life/academic/professional orientation. To this end, I think spending time abroad would be interesting and a fantastic experience.
