I’m truly excited about the possibility of joining your home and becoming part of your family. My name is Dayana, I’m 23 years old and I come from the beautiful and colorful country of Mexico. While I’ve spent most of my life here, I’ve also had the chance to travel, which has opened my heart and mind to different cultures and ways of life.

I studied Languages at university, which is basically a mix of linguistics, interpretation, and translation — all things I’m really passionate about! During my studies, I’ve done internships as both a translator and an interpreter, and I’ve also worked as a language teacher. I truly enjoy learning how people communicate and how language shapes the way we see the world.

One of the most fulfilling experiences I’ve had was working at a summer camp for two years, where I was both a counselor and a lifeguard. I cared for children aged 6 to 10 and loved being part of their daily lives — it taught me so much about patience, creativity, and the joy that comes from seeing children grow in a safe and loving environment.

I’ve had the chance to visit Finland before, and I completely fell in love with the peaceful atmosphere, the strong connection with nature, the sauna culture, and the freedom to just be yourself without pressure or judgment. I would love the chance to return and experience everyday life in such a unique and beautiful country.
