Since I was little I have always taken care of my cousins. I have 4 cousins younger than me and whenever my uncles were busy or needed help, they would leave my cousins in my house or I would go to their house to help them. I liked spending time with them and distracting them. The oldest cousin I took care of is now 19 years old and I took care of him almost every weekend since he was 4 years old. We had a great connection that he even got into the same schools as me so that if he had any problems, he could come to me. At first he didn't like being away from his mother, but with my presence I managed to make his stay at school better. Then I have 2 other cousins who are now 18 and 17 that I took care of as well with my other cousin. I loved that my cousins always came to my house because I felt like a mother to them.
