Hello, my name is Viktória. I’m 20 years old and I’m from Slovakia. I went to Pedagogical high school and I’m currently an Au Pair in America. The family I live with is super nice, the kids are funny and we really understand each other. Because I have a good relationship with the children it feels more like spending meaningful time together than working.
Because of this experience, I’d love to try more and meet another amazing family! I wanted to visit Korea for a couple of years now so I see this as a very good opportunity to really understand the culture and experience everything that Korea offers! I’m also planning to study Korean before I move there!
I think I understand emotions very well and can find solutions to situations, or just be a moral support. I’m also very flexible and open-minded. Working with kids tough me a lot of patience and I genuinely love spending time with children because of their true nature - you always know where you’re at with them! I could also help your children with practicing English. I’m not native speaker, but because I live in America now my English improved even more!
I went to Pedagogical high school so I have a lot of experience with children of all ages. I was attending kindergarten and Children’s school club where I was teaching (always with a supervisor). I was also an animator at a camp for kids for 2 weeks (the kids were from 6 to 11 years old). Now I’m an au pair, which is so different from teaching at school, because I only take care of 2 kids, not a whole class, so I could build a very steady and meaningful relationship with the children!
