Ludovica (20 / Ms. ), Italian, Student - Art / Commerce / Management living in Italy looking for Au Pair & Nanny job in Austria & Germany for 1-3 months

Dear host family,

Firstly, I introduce myself: I'm Ludovica , an Italian from 20. I was born in Ravenna, where I still live with my family. Ravenna is a small city that is very pretty and historically important.
I attended the modern-language grammar school, where I learned English, French and German, and in the end I achieved a double Abitur ("ESABAC", the Italian - French Abitur). My family has four members: my mother Silvia, who is 55 years old, is a teacher, my father Francesco, who is 58 years old, is a master of real estate and my sister, Beatrice, who is 15 years old and who is attending the science high school .
I spend my free time with my friends and family and I also do sports. I love traveling, listening to music and being with my friends and family.
About my character traits I can say that I am available, responsible, cheerful and funny, open-minded and nice. The sense of duty marks my character. I am also very cute and I always make sure that someone is comfortable. I am also curious and enterprising.

I have always had a great interest in foreign languages ​​and cultures. I can speak French very well because I had a lot of experiences in learning this language: when I was 14, I did a language trip to Cap d'Ail. I also took part in a cultural exchange with a French family when I was 15 years old. We were all so pleased with this exchange that I went with them another three months when I was 16; During this time I attended the "Lycée Albert Camus" (a high school) and I lived with this family, with whom I still have a wonderful relationship. This family lives in Nantes and its members are Lydia (the mother), Eric (the father), Jeanne (the 21-year-old daughter with whom I made the first exchange and with whom I have a wonderful and strong relationship), Benoit and Thibault (the two smaller Jeannes brothers with whom I played a lot and fit in a lot of the time. Benoit is now 18 and Thibault is now 14).

After high school I passed the entrance test for the University of Interpreters and Performers in Forlì. Now I am a student at the University of Bologna where my first language is French and where my second language is German: I am studying to become an interpreter and interpreter of these languages. In 2022 I was supposed to go to Paris to take part in a six-month Erasmus exchange.
As you can see I've done a lot to improve my French, but my dream is to speak German well. I wanted to get to know the German language, German culture and traditions. That is why I wanted to have an au pair experience.

I thought of this experience because I have had various experiences with children and I enjoy caring for them.
Since I was 14 years old I have been an animator in a summer center for children every summer until when I was 18 years old; In this summer center there were lots of animators and lots of children and I looked after around 30 children every day: they should play, do workshops and have lunch.
When I was 18 years old, I worked as an entertainer on a children's vacation in the mountains of Trentino. There were 30 children and I and another entertainer took care of them: we did a lot of promenades, we played a lot, danced ... We were with the children all day for 10 days; it was very tiring, but also very satisfying and educational.

Last year I became a student at the University of Bologna and I started working as a babysitter and I also tutor, always with children (from 7/8 years to 16/17 years).
This year (2021) I will attend my courses until June, in July I will have the exams and in August I will do an apprenticeship: to achieve the diploma, we have to pass the exams but also do an apprenticeship. I will do my apprenticeship from August 2nd to 20th in a language center in Ravenna ("Language service").

The courses at my university start again in October and I thought that I could be an au pair in Germany in September. It would be so good for me! I expect to grow on a linguistic and human level. I hope the children and the family will be satisfied with me.
