I am a hard working, enthusiastic and patient individual with sound knowledge and experience working with children. I have college qualifications for supporting teaching and learning.
I have previously worked in many different environments with children including nurseries, primary schools and after school clubs. I have a great passion for helping children be the best versions of themselves.
I have great experience working with children from ages 0-11.
The experience I carry varies. I have worked as a general teaching assistant, 1:1 for special needs children and teaching small groups of children. I am paediatric first aid trained. I have training in safeguarding, behaviour management, learning through play, phonics, inclusive learning for SEND and lots of other child related areas. I carry a level 3 cache diploma.
I am generous and kind. I have a very open mind. I have been told I have great listening skills and can be very understanding.
I have a fantastic work ethic, always work hard and I am punctual.
I have great initiate, knowledge of primary age curriculum and great people skills. I work excellent in a team but l also work great independently. I have a lot of patience and work well with both younger and older children.
I am a very big believer that children learn through play so this is very important to me. I enjoy doing lots of arts and crafts with children as well as more physical activities such as forest schools and sport games. I also love to implement maths and English into some activities so whilst the games are fun, they are also educational.
