Hello!

My name is Angeline, I am the 4th of 7 children, and I come from a small town outside of Washington DC, called Front Royal, located in Virginia.

I grew up homeschooling through elementary school, so lots of that time was spent babysitting or helping out with my three younger brothers while my older siblings would go to middle/high school. I went on to study abroad for 6.5 months in high school at 16 in Bordeaux, France, where I was able to truly work on my French and gain experiences and context to the country, culture, and language. To this day it is one of my fondest memories of life! I was able to stay with a total of 6 host families, each with children who I was able to learn so much from, differing in ages 3-18. I had a total of 27 host siblings! Upon graduation from Virginia Tech in 2024, I recieved my bachelor's in Communication with a double major, the secondary being French. Needless to say, French is a huge part of my life, and a passion I have been able to pursue which is a huge blessing!

After graduation, I received an offer to work as an operations analyst for a small consulting firm in Richmond, Virginia. Although this was a great opportunity in the professional world, I was laid off just 10 months later. While I am still young and free, I want to take this opportunity to revisit my passion for the French language, and connecting with others.
