Caring and Creative English-Speaking Au Pair Ready to Join Your Family!

Hello! My name is Katrina and I’m a 22-year-old from Latvia. I speak fluent English and am passionate about working with children. I’m excited about the opportunity to become a part of your family and help create a safe, loving, and fun environment for your kids.

I have gained quite a lot of expirience these past two years first working as a baby sitter for my young cousins (2 and 8) and now working as a teachers assistent at a small preschool. I enjoy engaging children in creative activities like drawing, storrytelling and outdoor games. I’m also happy to help with homework, prepare simple meals, and assist with light household tasks when needed.

I am patient, responsible, and genuinely enjoy working with children. I believe in creating a warm space where kids feel safe to express themselves, learn, and have fun.

I’m available from april and open to placements in any EU country. I look forward to getting to know you and becoming a supportive and positive part of your family’s daily life.

Experience

My first real expirience as a babysitter was when I used to pick up my cousins after work from school and kindergarden almost every day for a year and babysit them when necessary. They are usually very excited to see me and I still sometimes pick them up when I have the time:)
Currently I’m working at a comparatively small preschool (11 kids) as a teachers assistant. My work consists of everything from preparing meals and cleaning to playing with and teaching the children. I prepare creative workshops and games for them as well as put them to sleep and cook. I like the job but have realised that I enjoy individual connection and activities with kids more than managing a bigger group. That and my desire to travel and see other parts of the world and expirience different cultures is why I wish to become an Au Pair and Nanny abroad.
