Hello, my name is Laura! I am 21 years old, and live in the state of Wisconsin. I am so excited to meet you, learn about your culture, and be a big sister to your kids! I grew up in a large homeschool family, which gave me lots of experience helping care for younger siblings and foster siblings. I have been working as a private piano and voice teacher for many years now, and would be glad to teach some music to any of your family! I spent time as a teenager volunteering with kids programs such as Sunday school, taught elementary school as an adult, and am currently a licensed foster parent. I'm excited to get to know you!

Experience

I have many younger siblings and foster siblings, and grew up helping to care for them. I was homeschooled, and I teach several homeschool classes in my area. I babysat and volunteered with CEF and with my church as a teen, and after graduation school taught first grade and elementary music. I recently got my license as a foster parent, and offer short term and respite care in my state. I have been working as a piano and voice teacher to kids and adults of all ages since I was 15. I want to be an au pair because it seems to be the perfect way to combine my love of working with children and my love to travel and experience new cultures. I also want to improve my language skills.
