Hi there! My name is Abby and I'm a student from the United States studying Educational Psychology and Human Development. I want to become an Au Pair because I want a job that goes beyond a pay-check and fulfils my sense of adventure and desires to help people! I absolutely love traveling and children, so I figured becoming an au pair would be the perfect way to combine my passions!

I have extensive knowledge and training in childcare and child education thanks to my studies and various professional and personal experiences: (I have helped raise my 4 year old niece, I babysit often, I have conducted children's history themed summer camps, taught introduction to ballet classes, and even performed as a birthday party princess for a year!) I'm also CPR certified and Emergency First Aid certified. Of course, I can perform basic house care tasks such as laundry, cleaning, pet care, plant maintenance, and much more!

I am a very friendly and outgoing individual which often makes it easy for me to become companions with all those that surround me. No matter the age, gender, identity, or background, I can always find common ground and form a positive relationship with all types of people. I can easily match the high energy and enthusiasm of adolescents while still maintaining a respectful, "big sister" type of bond.
