Let me introduce myself, Ann-Aimée, a certified therapist and specialized educator for over 20 years. Through my experiences with people going through difficult times, whether they are young people, adolescents, or adults, I have discovered that I really enjoy the humanistic approach. My professional and personal journey has shown me that when we are responsible for the choices and decisions in our own lives, we benefit from a greater quality of life.

Having worked as an educator, interventionist, social worker, project manager, coordinator, and manager across various organizations (government and businesses working in the arts sector), my experiences have allowed me to understand several personality types. I am therefore adept at establishing helpful relationships with a wide variety of clients.

Depending on the clients I meet, they appreciate my transparency, my listening skills, my sense of humor, my empathy, my personality related to my type of intervention, and my openness to connecting with them.
