About me and my motivation

Hello, my name is Alexandra. I was born and raised in Siberia, in the centre of Russia.
Since childhood, I have travelled with my mother to different countries and then I started to be interested in learning and exploring the world. When I was getting older, I found out what I wanted to contribute to society. After graduating from the 9th grade, I started volunteering and social activities in my hometown. These were various events, ranging from organizing relay races and sports events, helping at city exhibitions and forums, and ending with working with theatre artists and the elderly people.
After graduating from high school I stayed in my hometown, developing a specialty that I love - photography. After that, I went to France on a project aimed at working with people with disabilities (Camphill Le Béal). It made me realize that I want to study psychology and study people through photography and creativity.

I've always wanted to know what it's like to have a full family and I think this program can help me with that.
The fact is that my mother raised me and my older brother alone. At a conscious age, I realized that I want to understand what it's like to be part of a big family and have younger sisters and brothers to take care of.
However, I had many nephews and godsisters with whom I spent half of my childhood, so I know how to find an approach with children.
Also in 2019, I was living in a big community for 1 year in France for people with with disabilities. (I talked about this above; so I attached some photos from live there) There we lived as a big friendly family, shared space, cooked together, took care of the garden and farm, made joint trips. It was a wonderful experience that taught me to take care and be attentive to people like never before. This experience also helped determine what I want to do in the future.
And after the project, I started teaching English to children (8-12 years old). This activity fascinated me and I realized that I wanted to be closer to the children.
Also, the goal of my life now is to move to Europe. I planned to do it next year(for staduing at University in Italy), but circumstances dictate their own rules and I have to move now. Now what is happening is a big motivation for me to leave...
