Letter to the family

I am Charlotte, and am currently living in Switzerland. I grew up in Germany and have English parents. I will soon be graduating high school with an IB Diploma and am going to university to study Materials Science and Engineering in September.

During my 3 months of summer holidays, between my graduation and beginning of uni, I will have 6 free weeks during which I would like to keep busy and also improve my French language skills. Because I have always enjoyed looking after, playing with, and tutoring children I believe becoming and Au Pair would be the perfect fit for me. With my fluency in English and German and proficiency in French I would be able to communicate with the children in multiple languages or even teach them a new language.

I have had multiple years of experience with babysitting in my local area from which I have had many requests from parents as well as children to return. I have tutored both Maths and German and have had positive feedback of making the subjects fun for the child. I quickly form relationships with children and am not scared to get on my knees and play, while also being responsible and safety conscious.
