Hi! My name is Nina and I am excited to begin my Au Pair/live-in tutor journey!

A bit about me – I am a graduate of Ohio University in the US with a degree in Musical Theater and Studio Art (I love all things artistic and especially enjoy teaching them!). I am looking to explore becoming an English or History teacher in a school one day, but for now have experience as a writing tutor.

I am passionate about lifelong learning and working with others, especially children. I am punctual, creative, a problem-solver, and an empathetic caregiver and friend. I enjoy planning fun, unique activities to spice up daily life, enjoy going on walks and being outside, and exploring new hobbies.

I am also a firm believer in making school lessons (and learning) FUN! :)

Experience

I currently do not have experience as an Au Pair or Live in Tutor, however I believe it would be the perfect opportunity to become acquainted with a new place, culture, and family. This past summer, I had the opportunity to travel to Europe (Czech Republic and Croatia) on my own for the first time and realized my love for traveling and learning.

I believe it is very important to experience different ways people live and broaden your worldview; I look forward to being able to share bits and pieces of my culture and experience from California and the United States while absorbing and appreciating new perspectives abroad.
