Experience

All AUPAIR s have different stories about their experiences. When I was an aupair in Germany, I couldn't say anything but gratitude because God gave me the opportunity to go to a good family. We like to play as children, sing and dance. Often when I cook food for us, the child watches over me. Sometimes we go to my room because they prefer to play there or watch tv with me.
Time tested me when I first tried to be an aupair here in Austria. I'm overworked, no proper rest, no proper food, no proper day off.
But even so, I fought and forced myself to love this family.
I wake up early to buy bread and prepare breakfast for all of us. Playing with the Children after breakfast, I will dress them because we have to go to the playground. We spend 3-4 hours at the playground (I always support the other one because he hasn't walked yet)
after we go to the playground I have to clean the house and prepare something to eat for lunch. When they finish eating, I have to go out with my host kid, he rides in the croozer until he falls asleep there.
When he falls asleep, I have to take care of a child.
When they all wake up, I have to prepare things because we are going out again. 17-20 uhr I'm still working even though we're out. After that I have to fix all the things we used when we went out 21-22 uhr I wash the clothes of the whole family. Then cleaning the kitchen, living room, and dining room.
(in other words, I don't really have a break) and this experience strengthened me even more. I want to be an aupair again not to experience this abuse again. So that I can provide the help they need in a balanced way.
