Hello!
My name is Shannon I’m currently 19. Soon to be 20.
I live with both my parents and little sister. I have many animals at home, I’ve never been shy to hard work.
I work in a veterinary practice learning to care for poorly animals, it is a passion of mine! The welfare of animals is interesting to me.

I love horses, dogs, cats, you name it!

I would be a great au pair because as I’m a bubbly person, I’m always wanting to learn new things! I love children and listening to their imaginative stories. I don’t think about their nanny or caregiver. To me i am their friend, someone who is fun and a confidence giver. I would love to be welcomed as part of the family, to take part in your daily activities.

Experience

June this year I will be travelling to America to work on a children’s summer camp for two months. In this time I will learn skills on how to be a child’s friend rather being their parent. I will be taking them to their daily activities and assisting in their morning routines. Even simple things like brushing their teeth, tying shoe laces and making sure enough food is going into their tummy.

I cannot wait to go and experience this. I can only imagine the person I will be once I come home.
