Dear Family,

My name is Clara and I am writing to apply for a position of au pair with your family.

I would love to become an Au Pair because, as a child, I was lovingly looked after by an au pair and I would like to give back and nurture the same relationship with a family, that I was so lucky to receive.

I am currently studying to become a lawyer, and have the summer away from studying before starting my final year in September. I am hard working and resilient, yet fun-loving and love spending time with children. I love playing sports and spending time outside, and also reading and chatting to the children.

I would particularly like to become an au pair because I think the cultural exchange is very important for children, so that they can learn about other languages and cultures, and also valuable for me so I can learn from your family.
