Hello! My name is Brooke, and I’m a recent college graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University. Over the past two years, I’ve worked as a full-time nanny during the summers, and I absolutely loved the experience. Being able to support families and build meaningful relationships with the children I cared for has been incredibly rewarding and has helped shape my passion for working with kids.

This summer, I’m hoping to take that experience a step further by becoming an Au Pair. I'm excited about the opportunity to immerse myself in a new culture while continuing to do what I love—helping care for children in a nurturing and fun environment. I believe that becoming part of a host family’s life is a special and unique experience, and I’m ready to embrace it with an open heart and a positive attitude.

I think I would make a great Au Pair because I bring a strong mix of experience, enthusiasm, and compassion. I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and engaging them in creative, educational, and active play. I get along well with people from all walks of life, and I always aim to be reliable, supportive, and respectful in any household I join.

Additionally, my nursing background has equipped me with valuable skills, especially when it comes to health, safety, and responding to emergencies. Parents can feel confident knowing I’m attentive, calm under pressure, and trained in how to care for others—especially children—in a variety of situations.
