Letter to the family

Hello. I'm Martina and I'm from Slovakia. I finished University of Economic in Prague, Czech republic. I spent a semester abroad studying at Texas A&M University in the USA.

I have an experience working as an aupair for 3 families and three different countries Luxembourg, Italy. And this year I was taking care of a babyboy in Costa Rica where I learnt Spanish.

Moreover I have been teaching English online for more than 2 years and I would like to continue doing it. Later in the future might teach Spanish as well.


I am available for next 12 months starting from Jan 2021.

Experience

During past years, I was an au-pair girl in Luxembourg for 4 months, Italy for 2,5 months and Costa Rica 9 months. I find each experience amazing and unique. I spent wonderful time in Luxembourg and I became a good friend with mother of the family, we are still in touch. In Italy we spent most of the time at the seaside with other families so the experience was completely different and still very enriching, especially for my Italian.
Costa Rican stay was extraordinary. I became very close with mom and her husband was super friendly and always very helpful. I made a great friendship with the little boy and fell in love with him. We are always in touch and call with them once a month.

I find working as an au-pair as a wonderful international exchange experience not only for me, but also for you as a host family. I'm sure we can spend great time and have a lot of fun together. I believe it can be an amazing language and cultural exchange.
