Letter to the family

Hello! My name is Niamh, and I am 20 years old. I live in England and will be graduating from the University of the Arts London this summer. I hope to become an au pair so that I can experience life abroad and learn about different cultures. Language exchange is something I would also highly value. I love children and wish to be seen as a big sister by them.

Experience

I have never been an au pair before. However, I would like to become one, as staying with a family is one of the best ways to experience a new culture first-hand. Looking after children is something I enjoy doing, and I hope to act as a role model for them.

I have experience babysitting children in my neighbourhood and grew up with younger cousins, which helped me improve my skills with children. I also volunteered at my local Sunday school will children between the ages of 3-12.
