Letter to the family
My name is Harper and I am from Los Angeles, California. I graduated last summer with a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon. I am currently working in a primary school as a lanaguage assistant in Alicante, Spain. I am so happy to be spending this year working with children and immersing myself in a new culture and language. This will be my first time as an au pair, but I have extensive babysitting experience and worked for several weeks as a camp counselor at a summer camp for children with Type 1 Diabetes.
I am a positive, caring, and excitable person. I am interested in visual arts and spend my free time making linocut prints, painting, and making ceramics. I also used to play Roller Derby in Los Angeles and am still an avid roller skater. Additionally, I enjoy reading, going to the beach, and learning new recipes.
