Dear future Host Family, My name is Jeani. I’m a trained remedial massage therapist, bodyworker, loving sister, devoted aunty, and a creative traveler who finds beauty in everyday life.

Over the past three years, I’ve been deeply immersed in studying the human body and various medical and therapeutic approaches. This journey has taught me a lot—about the importance of listening, patience, empathy, and offering thoughtful support to others. Now, I feel it’s time to take all I’ve learned and share it with those around me, while discovering new places and cultures.

Becoming an au pair is a heartfelt decision for me. I’ve always loved being around children and supporting their growth with kindness, creativity, and care. I’ve worked as an English teacher for young learners in Cambodia and Belgium, which I absolutely loved. More recently, I discovered a real joy for teaching yoga to kids and believe in the importance of helping children feel safe and happy in their bodies from an early age.

In addition to my professional experience, I bring the warmth and reliability of someone who grew up in a patchwork family. I’ve always been the “big sister” type—nurturing, playful, and attentive. Whether it’s singing silly songs, drawing magical worlds, gardening with little helping hands, or simply being there for big feelings, I treasure the small but meaningful moments that come with caring for children.
