Lucy (24 / Ms. ), American, Teacher living in USA looking for Au Pair, Nanny & Live-in Tutor job in Argentina, Chile, Costa Rica, Peru & Spain for 1-3 Months

As a teacher, I have worked with many children in different settings. I have assisted in various elementary school classrooms as well as after-school programs for students of all ages. I worked at an after-school program with 5-12 year olds for one year and am now a full-time 4th grade teacher. I teach students who are English language learners and have extensive experience working with ESL students. I have been babysitting for families other than my own since I was 13, and caring for my own siblings for longer. I have worked as a nanny for 5 summers and worked in many day-camps for young children. I love working with children of all ages. I am able to match the high energy many children have. Taking care of children is one of my passions and I could not imagine doing anything else. English is my primary language, although I speak Spanish at a conversational level. I am currently teaching in a classroom with Spanish-only speakers, so I have learned to translate on the go. I work with many young children who only speak Spanish and tutor them in English. I also tutor students (who speak languages other than Spanish) in English.
