Martina (23 / Ms. ), Maltese, Student living in Malta looking for Au Pair job in Germany, Japan, Spain, Australia & Ireland for 1-12 Months

Hi, I'm Martina from Malta! I was born in Italy (Sicily) and I'm half Italian. My father is Sicilian and my mother is Maltese, though I have relatives around the world. I used to work as a part-time English teacher at an English school for foreigners and the age range in my classes varied from children to teens. My English is American-English and so is my pronunciation.

From a very young age, I started showing interest in the world. I really liked to integrate with people of other nationalities and races, as it had always seemed fascinating. Now, years later, that fascination has gotten stronger. In Malta, we have plenty of places to experience different cultures but I believe it's not the same as the real thing.

I have just finished my advanced diploma in performing arts. I speak 6 languages, 3 of which I speak at a native level (Italian, Maltese, English), one at a more basic level (French), one which I can communicate quite solidly with (Spanish) and another at a more basic level (Korean).

I've lived in Daejeon, South Korea with a super kind Korean family for 3 months, from May to August as to gather experience and learn some of the language. One of the best experiences of my life, and planning to go again someday.

I have experience as an afterschool club playworker with kindergarten students. Additionally, I have worked with summer school students aged 3 and above.
