Hello future Au Pair family! My name is Merari, and I would love to be your Au Pair. I have worked with children almost my entire life. I have worked as a special needs paraprofessional for the past year and a half with children of ages 3-10. I was in charge of developmental play, aid in meeting their goals (motor skills, behavior, interactions) and assistance with diapering and other needs they needed. I am also the Sunday school teacher from my ministry for three years now and before was their assistant for two years. I speak fluent english and spanish and would love to teach the languages as well. Children bring me so much joy, the way they view life is so different than us and filled with life and wonder. Working with children and teens, i’ve had the privilege of seeing them become their own person and grow their confidence and creativity which is such a blessing.
