My name is Marybeth, I love children and love working with them. I wanted a unique experience that would fill my summer before I begin college. I wanted to continue working with children and still be able to experience new and exciting things. Working in a daycare didn't appeal to me so I began researching nanny jobs. This is when I learned what an Au Pair was and thought to myself this is a great fit, I would have the opportunity to experience new places and meet new people all while working with children. My high school had an early childhood program in which I have steadily been involved for the last four years. Through the program I was able to earn my CPR certification and my CDA certification. I have had over 700 hours of experience in the last four years, working with young children. I also have three younger siblings which I have watched for countless hours. Additionally, I have babysat for multiple families with children ages ranging from 1 month to 7 years. By hosting me in your home, you not only will gain a childcare provider, but also a member of your family, a friend, and a supporter.
