My name is Rafaela, I am 24 years old and I am from Taubaté, a welcoming city in the countryside of São Paulo, Brazil. I grew up surrounded by values such as respect, care and lightness — and I believe that all of this has made me a sensitive, communicative young woman who is passionate about human connections. I chose to be an au pair because I see this experience as a unique opportunity to experience something profound: an exchange of cultures, affection and real learning.

I am energetic, fun and I love to follow the busy and creative pace of children. Although I have not yet been an official au pair, my experience with children is real, practical and very meaningful. Since I was a teenager, I have always been close to children in my family and in my circle of friends. I have been that trustworthy person to take care of the little ones at important times, such as weekends, trips or when the parents needed help with the routine.

I find it easy to create emotional bonds with children of different ages, I know how to respect each child's limits and I understand the importance of creating a safe, stimulating and loving environment. I have cared for children from babies to school-age children, helping with feeding, hygiene, play activities and providing support with tasks. I am creative, patient and I enjoy encouraging children's emotional development through conversations, games, active listening and support.

I have never worked as an au pair in another country, but I believe that my maturity, sense of responsibility and genuine love for care qualify me for this new journey with all the dedication and enthusiasm.
