Letter to the family

I’m a 4th-year medical student at Karadeniz Technical University in Turkey, originally from Tajikistan. I’m open-minded, responsible, and deeply care about people. As a humanist, I value compassion, respect, and meaningful connections with others.
Becoming an au pair or caregiver abroad is a way for me to combine my love for people with my passion for learning about different cultures. I truly enjoy supporting others, whether it’s through childcare or elderly care. This experience would allow me to grow personally, improve my communication and caregiving skills, and prepare for my future profession as a doctor.
I bring warmth, responsibility, and a deep sense of empathy to every environment I’m part of. I respect family values, routines, and privacy, and I adapt easily to new situations. I’m eager to support your family or loved one not just with tasks, but with kindness and genuine care.
Studying medicine has given me a strong foundation in health, care, and communication. I’ve worked with children before and have always felt comfortable and happy in caregiving roles. I’m fluent in several languages, culturally aware, and confident in my ability to be both helpful and trustworthy in a home.

Experience

I have experience as a caregiver from living with my grandmother for two years. During that time, I helped her with daily tasks such as cooking, laundry, and cleaning the house. I also supported her physically, helping her take walks in the yard since she has difficulty walking. This experience taught me a lot about patience, attention to detail, and the emotional importance of companionship.
I would love to take this experience abroad to continue supporting others while learning about new cultures. For me, being a caregiver isn’t just about physical help—it’s about kindness, presence, and creating a peaceful environment for those who need it.
