Letter to the family

Hi!
My name is Sara, but everyone calls me Bonny! I will turn 18 years old in june 2025 and I live in a small town near Venice, Italy. I go to a high school where I study both economics and social subjects. I also learn about sociology, psychology, pedagogy and anthropology. This has made me a curious and open-minded person, always excited to learn new things.

I have been a scout since I was 8, so I love exploring new places, being in nature, and especially being around animals! I think of myself as a friendly and responsible person, always ready to help and try new things.
My passion for education comes from my mother, who has been working in a kindergarten for 25 years. I enjoy spending time with young children and helping them grow, while learning together with them.
I speak English well and i have been studying German at school for three years now, but I am not very confident…I know I can improve for sure!! I’ve always loved languages, and in the future, I would like to learn more!
I’m really excited to start this new adventure, meet new people, and discover lots of interesting things!

Experience

i want to become an Au Pair abroad because I am fascinated by the idea of immersing myself in a culture different from my own and living an international experience that allows me to grow both personally and linguistically. I believe that living abroad will help me broaden my mind, adapt to new situations, and develop greater independence. Furthermore, this experience will allow me to discover different perspectives on life and new professional opportunities, thereby increasing my understanding of the world.
