Letter to the family

Hello, I'm and I'm italian !!
Before the pandemic (in 2019) I was an Au Pair for a host family in Leeds (UK) and it was an amazing experience, I had fun and I grown a lot as a person, I really want to do it again!
I did it because, I love children, meeting new people, challenging myself and I love to travel and discover different cultures.

currently I'm working in a japanese restaurant but in the past, apart from already having experience as an au pair, I worked with children.
I worked with Caritas and Terrasophia as a "teacher" helping them do their homework, I worked as a babysitter and also I have two siblings (that are now almost 10 and 12 years old), I brought them up since they were really tiny..so i changed a lot of diapers and stuff ☺️

Experience

I want(ed) to finally start university and do it abroad as I love challenging myself and travel, but as it is really expensive I don't think I can do it, still, I don't want to regret not travelling and working and having connections with new people, and I had a great experience in the past overall, so I want to try it again.

As I already had an experience as an Au Pair I already know (kinda of) what to expect!
In my past experience, I had an amazing time; I made a lot of friends, I discovered new places and cultures (my past host family is from Cameroon living in Uk), but the communication was lacking a lot and I got really stressed about it for a lot of reasons, so a good relationship with the host family is really important for me!
