Letter to the family

Hello, my name is Anna, I am a young woman of 52 years old, with a good culture. I worked 25 years ago in a large international express transport company. I now need a change. So I thought I could do what I wanted to do at 20 and ended up not doing: live from 6 to 1 (or more) in a different country, learning the language and culture . The Au Pair would be the solution to do this by living with a resident family and doing what I most want at the moment: taking care of a house and a family, with time for myself too.
I studied French in high school, I read it fluently, but as you can see :D I am not able to write and speak it fluently at the moment. But I know that it only takes a few weeks of daily exercise to improve.
