Letter to the family

Hello, my name is Adalin. I am the middle child of three girls and have grown up in California. Growing up I was constantly participating in programs that involved me working with younger kids. Reading to the kindergartners, proctoring the younger kids before school and in the last year I was tutoring elementary school kids in maths and reading. One of the things I live my life by is making the most of every moment. And being around kids makes me happy, unless they are sad because that makes me sad. I want the chance to share my love for like with others and hopefully learn something too.

Experience

I have no experience as an au pair but it’s something I’ve always wanted to do. I love working with kids and learning about different cultures so it just made sense. I didn’t see it actually fitting into my life for the longest time, but then I realized I wanted to get my bachelors in Sweden but I wouldn’t be able to apply right away. Waiting a year to apply meant I had the time to become an au pair, so now my search begins for a family.
